At Pelo by Lago we are known for our expertise in hair extensions and transformations. To ensure the highest quality of service, we use only premium double drawn Russian Remy tape extensions. Our commitment to using top-grade products means that every client leaves with beautiful, long-lasting hair. We take pride in our work and consider each client a masterpiece, we never compromise on quality.

It's important to note that one packet of tape extensions is equivalent to half a head, so two packets are required for a full head. Each packet contains 10 sandwiches (20 individual pieces), which weigh approximately 55g. We don't use half packets, however any unused hair can be taken home if you wish. The number of packets needed depends on your current hair type and the desired outcome, so we suggest starting with one full head (2 packets) and consulting with your stylist on the day of your appointment.

Please keep in mind that a ‘full head’ may not always cover the full head and more packets may be needed to achieve your desired look, so budget accordingly. If you prefer, we offer complimentary consultations to provide an accurate quote prior to your appointment. Our extension sessions include a detox shampoo, blow-dry, installation, cut to blend, and your choice of one of our signature styling finishes.

If you're purchasing new extensions, we will remove your existing tape extensions on a complimentary basis. For all other types of extensions, please refer to our removal costs.

At Pelo By Lago every retaping session includes a range of services to ensure your extensions look and feel their best. This includes removing your existing tape extensions, removing any residue, detox shampoo, blow-dry, re-applying your extensions, cutting to blend and styling with your choice of one of our signature finishes. The cost of the retaping session is not affected by the length of your extensions. To keep your extensions in optimal condition, we recommend scheduling a retaping session every 5-6 weeks. Most of our clients typically have up to 3 re-taping sessions before getting new hair.
